Jackie Allen began dancing at the age of two and knew from the start it would be a lifelong passion that she wanted to pursue. She has been dancing for over 22 years and has been sharing her love of dance around New England for over 7 years. Jackie grew up dancing competitively at N-Step Dance and was trained in a variety of styles such as tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, ballet, and musical theater. From there she went on to get her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. While she attended SNHU, she was a valued member of both their performance and competition dance teams where she was able to compete at collegiate nationals and choreograph for their team. She was also a member of Touché Taps, a tap company under the direction of Shaina Schwartz, where she was able to train, dance, and perform throughout New England.  She loves to choreograph and teaches at many studios throughout NH where she spreads her love of dancing. Throughout her years of teaching, her choreography has won IDA nominations, numerous special awards, and choreography awards. Jackie travels to Los Angeles often to continue her dance education by taking dance classes and training with some of the best choreographers. She loves getting inspired and bringing back her experiences to her students. A fun fact about her is that her dream is to be a backup dancer or be in music videos!
